So, I just found out one of my classmates fell victim to a random act of violence. Story has it, he was just playing a round of golf when two guys jumped out of a bush and tried to rob him. During the altercation, my classmate was shot in the back and died susbsequently thereafter. It's crazy because this classmate was one of my best friends growing up and as the years passed I lost touch with him. It's kind of eery to think something so random as going to play golf can end up costing your life. I guess we just have to pray and ask God to watch over us and keep us because you never know when your time is coming. Until next time stay safe everybody.

I'm sorry to hear that u lost an old friend... It must be hard & hopefully time will help to heal. At the same time, this kind of thing reminds us life can be unpredictable so we should treasure the ones that we care n try to spend quality time with them. Sometimes we tend to forget that because our busy lives have pulled us into different directions. And of course, don't forget to have fun. That's just the way I see it!
